Our pastor, Rev. Dr. Mark A. Horne, has over twenty years of pastoral experience, is a certified biblical counselor with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC) and the International Association of Biblical Counseling (IABC), is a Biblical Counseling Coalition partner, and has a Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Counseling.
